Management in Practice has launched its latest survey to gauge practice manager pay and benefit trends.
And this year we are asking practice manager partners as well as practice manager employees to participate.
Our important survey is used by practices to benchmark salaries, find out about differing pay rates around the UK and provide insight into the different methods used to determine pay levels.
For 2026, it also aims to provide data on practice manager earnings and benefits, as well as about job satisfaction within the profession and the level of wellbeing support given by employers.
This survey will be the second Management in Practice has run since it was first launched in 2024.
We are asking practice managers employed in permanent roles and practice manager partners to participate.
And if you leave your contact details you will be entered into a prize draw to win £250 of vouchers of your choice.
Management in Practice editor, Rima Evans, said: ‘Our 2024 salary survey report was highly successful. Our 2026 report will provide even more essential data on pay, benefits and workplace trends and, in response to feedback, cover practice manager partner earnings too.
‘I would be very grateful if as many of you as possible who hold practice manager roles could take five minutes to have your say and please fill in our survey on this important issue.’
Click here to take the survey, which closes on 6 July.
We will not quote you by name, or by any identifiable details, without your express consent. The results will be reported in aggregate terms in future Management in Practice coverage.
