Taking place on 9 June 2026 at the National Conference Centre, the event offers practice leaders the opportunity to get insight and practical solutions directly from the experts shaping and delivering change on the ground – at a time when change is so fast-paced.

Among the expert speakers joining the Birmingham programme are:

Dr Neil Paul, GP Partner at Sandbach GPs, Clinical Director at SMASH PCN, and Co-owner of Howbeck Healthcare, will lead Data confidence for practice managers, offering practical insight into using data to support smarter, more confident decision-making.

Luan Stewart, Consultant for GP Estates Projects and an experienced locum practice manager, will present Workforce resilience and development, focusing on how practices can strengthen workforce sustainability and support long-term growth.
