Practice managers and GPs in England are being invited to participate in our latest survey, which focuses on the contractual changes brought in on 1 October that require practices to ensure online access, telephone access and walk-in access is available throughout routine hours.
The survey should take less than five minutes to complete. However, it will help to give us a wider picture of the impact of the contractual changes within primary care.

We will not quote you without your explicit consent, either by your name or anonymously. The results will be reported in aggregate terms in future Management in Practice as well as Pulse coverage.
