How digital innovation, technology and artificial intelligence are being used in general practice is the theme of the next Management in Practice virtual event taking place this summer.

Taking place on Wednesday 1 July, this free online event for practice managers, primary care leaders and GP partners will examine how surgeries can use digital tools and AI-driven solutions to improve workflows, support patient access and respond to growing operational pressures across primary care.

As general practice continues to adapt to workforce pressures, rising demand and tighter financial constraints, the event will focus on the practical role technology can play in helping teams deliver high-quality, accessible care.

It will offer practical updates that delegates can put into practice straight away, with eight sessions delivered across seven hours.

The event is the third part in Management in Practice’s Digital Innovation – Technology and AI for General Practice series.

Previous events have explored topics including digital implementation, triage, cyber security, financial planning and the wider opportunities and risks linked to AI in healthcare. This latest instalment will build on those discussions and look at how practice leaders can apply digital innovation in a way that is safe, realistic and effective within their own organisations.

Past attendees have praised the series for its practical value, with 97% of delegates saying they would recommend the event to a colleague and 96% saying they would attend again.

Primary care leaders can register for free via the event website.
