Management in Practice has launched a survey to gather insight on vital workforce issues, including on staff pay, training and recruitment of practice managers, GPs and other roles.
The survey also asks about collective action and the impact of the cost of living on GP teams.
It is open to all practice managers and practice manager partners and should take around 10 minutes to complete.

Responses will inform our future articles, helping us represent your views and report on issues that matter to you.
We will not quote you without your explicit consent, either by your name or anonymously. The results will be reported in aggregate terms in future Management in Practice coverage.
The survey closes at 9am on Monday 7 October.
