A former GP is to appear in court to answer allegations that he carried out a string of sexual assaults on young girls over an eight-year period.
Dr Antony Collis, 58, from Wadhurst, East Sussex, is also alleged to have made indecent images of children between April 2004 and October last year.
Prosecutors say he attacked seven girls under the age of 14 between June 1995 and April 2003.
He has been charged with a total of 22 offences, many of which are alleged to have been carried out while he was practising at the town’s Belmont Surgery.
Dr Collis, who is on bail, will appear at Lewes Crown Court.
