Management in Practice‘s short reader survey will close next Friday (16 April 2010).

The survey was launched to find out a little more about our readers, and to find out what we can do more of to help you.

So far the survey has received more than 150 responses and has identified a desire for more HR-focused features and more topical primary care reports.

Management in Practice is responding to this feedback. In addition to the recently completed A-Z HR guide, the summer issue of the magazine will look at HR topics including managing sickness absence, the benefits of asking your staff to report back on your performance, and the introduction of the new “fit note” and the requirements for both GPs and employers with regards to this.

The summer issue will also include topical reports on the controversial reform of community service provider arrangements, a focus on out-of-hours provision and a look at the potential impact of the new chronic medication service in Scotland.

Your input is vital to our continued success – identifying the type of content and guidance that would best help you in your role means that we can continue to ensure that Management in Practice remains targeted to your needs.

The reader survey is also intended to find out a little more about your direct areas of responsibility and background so that we can develop the magazine and online content as closely in line with your requirements as possible.

So please help us to help you by clicking on the link below before next Friday. Thank you!
