CPD Zone

The Nursing and Midwifery Council's Post-registration Education and Practice (PREP) standards require healthcare professionals to undertake learning activities relevant to their practice before they can renew their registration. In support of this requirement, the Nursing in Practice Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Zone has been created to assist you in meeting the standards.

The Nursing in Practice Continuing Professional Development Zone
Devised to provide you with a series of learning resources in a range of key primary care therapy areas to help support your PREP requirements, the CPD modules listed below contain resources specifically geared around supporting professional development. Each one has been individually assessed by expert representatives (drawn from clinical, management and educational fields of practice) who have appropriate professional background and experience.  Only articles which have been accredited by the RCN will appear in the CPD Zone.

  4. Finally, print the email you have received, along with the article and certificate and include both in your CPD portfolio.
