A: In the last issue of Management in Practice, we looked at the proposed changes under the Health and Social Care Bill, which offered little information or insight into the future funding for GP practices, both in terms of rent reimbursement and procurement of new premises. In view of the considerable feedback the coalition government has received over the upheaval proposed for primary care, the proposals are being reviewed. We will continue to monitor future announcements and update periodically.
